Submarino Atlantis desde Cancun
...The tour itself was very organized and exciting. Loved the underwater adventure. However, I felt misled about the LONG trip from Cancun to Cozumel. Nobody told us that the bus ride would be 1 1/2 hours long each way, and that there was another 45 minute ferry trip, and then a cab ride, and then another small boat ride! A long trip indeed for a 30 minute submarine ride. I wouldn´t have booked this trip if I would have known because I have two small children and this excursion was very difficult for them, especially since lunch was not figured in to the time. We didn´t eat lunch until 2:00 and there were no snacks to be found. We tried to purchase some in Cozumel, but could only find a bag of chips. That is not adequate for very hungry children. A detailed itinerary emailed to me ahead of time (or better yet, listed on your website) would have been nice so that I could have planned accordingly. ...Overall, everything great - bus, guide, host, bus driver,lunch, stop at artisan shops. I would have rather had an extra half hour at Chichen Itza instead of the cenote stop. I did not get to see everything at Chichen Itza and that was the reason for the tour. The cenote was prettty but crowded and really not enough time to fully enjoy. Most people did not jump in - too much hassle to change , get wet etc. I had another opportunity to spend time in a cenote the next day which I did and had a great time. I do imagine during the summer the cenote stop is more important but the weather was not that hot when we were there....

...The tour and our guide was awesome! Just as advertised. I have one suggestion for the Xcaret purchase. I needed to have the credit card that I used to purchase the tour through your website or a drivers license for identification. This needs to be listed on the confirmation page so customers know to have this with them. I did not have the credit card with me nor a drivers license but luckily my husband had other credit cards with our name so they finally let us in. They were nice but it was worrisome that they might not let us in Xcaret....

...we, a group of 4 aged 10, 23, 26. 41, 43, and 72, enjoyed our trip to Chichen Itza. The facts from the guide were very interesting - she was very knowledgable. We enjoyed the cenote, though 45 minutes is very quick for a visit. Breakfast was very small. The coffee and juice were excellent, but 2 small sweet rolls was not enjoy for most of us. Maybe a savory roll (with cheese) would be a good option. The lunch food was very basic, though the dancing was pleasant. I felt sorry for the dancers because it is such an ´in, fill your face, out" operation that there really isn´t much time to appreciate them. It is a long day!...

We didn´t get to do the downtown tour because it was on schedule and we were doing something else at the park at that time. ...The cave snorkel was fantastic and the guide, Loco, was very friendly and informative! We really enjoyed his tour. The only thing about the tour that I would like to see changed is adding transportation. We had to take a taxi to get to Tak Be Ha. This cost two of us $75 round trip in addition to the cost of the tour. We were only 25 minutes away. Is it possible for you to raise the cost of the tour from $40 to $50 ... then include transportation? Also, we had to cross a busy highway (dangerous) to hail a taxi back to Playa del Carmen. Other than this one thing, I would highly reccomend this tour to people and in fact I did to friends of mine that will be there this fall. Thanks ! ...

...My wife and I loved most everything about Pirate Assault. A few suggestions: 1. The instructions for finding Pirate Assault were not clear and we actually wound at Embarcardeo for the pirate dinner cruise, the people there got us to Pirate Assault. 2. My wife had blisters on her feet from walking that day and asked for a band-aid and although there was a first kit hanging on the wall, she was told they did not have one. This is poor customer service. 3. The salesmen in the little shops in the building where you sign in were VERY aggressive - this doesn´t make me want to come back. The crew, actors, dancers etc were all excellent and did a great job....

...We have the most wonderful experiende in the world. I thoroughly enjoyed Xcaret. As you promised my reservations were there wouth any problems. There was a mix-up as to where we sere suppose to meet for the pick-up. We were told by the hotel to wait at the 19th hold of the clubhouse. We waited until finaly sone of the drivers told us we were suppose to meet at the front of the entrance. By the time we got there the buss has already lelft. They send a cab for us at not cost to take up to meet the bus which was atleast 40 miles. I highly recomend anyone looking for excersions to use cancun.travel. We were very happy with your service and would not hesitate to use it again....

The word of the day was "trust" and thank goodness we did, the mountain bike ride was easy and fun and we were provided great instruction and very safe gear for the Zipline. I must admit my heart was pounding when I finally reached the top of the tower (okay so I´m a little out of shape, never mind having to step off of it) but after watching a few braver folks I experienced an exhilarating ride across the jungle. So much so, that I went back and did it again. We were then treated to a fabulous swim in the cenote with another experienced guide who told us all about the fresh clear mineral water, stalagmites, etc. If that wasn´t enough, we were driven (again in air conditioned comfort) to Puerto Morales where we went on the most amazing snorkel trip to two beautiful reefs. Our guide Fillippe made sure we felt safe and comfortable and went out of his way to ensure we saw every kind of sea creature possilbe. In fact, on the way back to the boat after the second session a huge ray glided past who must have had at least a 10 foot long tail, it was breathtaking. Back on the beach and what a feast, all included. Just amazing and the service was incredible. If you have the chance my entire family highly recommends this "Extreme Adventure Combo"…it was definitely a highlight on our trip to Cancun. ...Hi - happy to.....Only negative experience was a foul up with the pick-up at our hotel. The driver had been given the wrong name and had us scheduled for the wrong day. We waited for about 45 minutes then the hotel contacted the tour company and they instructed us to take a taxi to another hotel some distance away. The taxi driver had to drive like crazy but we made the contact point. The tour guide reinbursed the taxi charge - which we appreciated. The two tours were wonderful. The guide we had for Tulum made the tour very interesting and informative. Xel-Ha was everything we expected. Would we recommend this tour to others - yes, indeed - in fact, we´ve already have done so....

...The lenght of the tour was wonderful at a half day as I had a group that did not want to be gone all day. The online communication before I booked was amazing. Very fast. This I greatly appreciated. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and obviously proud of his culture which is great. The only change I would make was to not spend as much time standing in one spot telling the group all about the mayan culture. Information is best delivered in small bits. Some of our group was a little bored so they left on their own before the guide was done. Maybe just spead the information out as we walk around the ruins. Overall, a good tour. Everyone enjoyed it including those that hit the beach early....

...Loved the entire experience once we reached land. It was well organized and fun. Did not like the boat trip at all. The hostess just shouted orders in English and Spanish for almost the entire trip. Perhaps written instructions would have been better -- then travelers would have been able to enjoy the boat ride....

...This was one of the best tours we have experienced. Our host on the bus was entertaining ,helpful and humorous. At all times he made a sincere effort to meet all of our needs while travelling. Our guide was in his mid-fifties . He has been doing tours for 35 years and it was most evident . His knowledge was incredible. If we had more time I am certain that he would have been able to tell us something of import about every stone and building at Chishen Itza. He had a genuine passion for this historical site. He had photos that he had removed from Notional Geographic magazine which gave us some prespective on what has happened here in the last 80 years. When asked about different things he was able to refer us to the month and year of National Geographic articles. He was a walking encyclopedia that gave answers,truly amazing. Our walkinfg tour went longer than expected,hoever, there was not one person on the tour who wanted it to end. Thankyou for a wonderful experience . We loved everything about the tour. ...We had a GREAT time!! OUr guide, Samuel, was terrific and really made the trip that much better. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a good command of the English language, and a WONDERFUL sense of humor! Tulum was amazing; my only regret is that we did not have more time there; I felt like I really didn´t have time to soak it all in. We wanted to have time to take in the shops as well, and also needed to eat lunch, so felt rather rushed as far as looking at the ruins. The bathrooms there were gross; you may want to have your guides remember to tell members of your tour to bring their own tissue, as there was none when we were there, and the bathrooms were VERY dirty, but I realize you have nothing to do with that. It was nice to have that bottle of cold water when we got there; another as we left would have been nice as well, after being in the heat for two hours. The bus was very nice and comfortable. It was nice to be dropped off directly at our hotel afterwards. We enjoyed our day and would recommend your services to anyone we know who may be going to Cancun. The option of having a half day trip was nice, as we still had time to enjoy and aftrnoon at the beach when we returned....
