  Credit Card Use
What credit card may I use for payment?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.

Are my credit card purchases secure?
All transactions are made with Banco Mercantil del Norte S.A., Banorte. Purchases are made within the bank's secure systems and all information, both personal and financial are accessed solely by the bank.

Who processes the information on my credit card?
Banco Mercantil del Norte S.A., or Banorte as it is commercially known, within its secure transaction system.

About my reservations:
What´s a Coupon?
A Coupon is the confirmation of you reservation, and we send it to you by email once the charge to your credit card is done. You will receive a Service Coupon for each service of your reservation.

Is a Coupon or Service Coupon the same document?
YES

Do I need a Coupon?
YES. It´s the confirmation of your reservation and you have to bring the coupon with you signed by the cardholder.

Is my Coupon a confirmation of my reservation?
YES The Coupon is the confirmation of your reservation.

Do I need to print my coupon?
YES and it must be signed by the cardholder. You will receive a Service Coupon for each service for each reservation

If I don´t receive my coupon?
Please email us to reservations@cancuntravel.com

How do I know if my Hotel reservations are guaranteed?
We have signed a contract with each one of the Hotels and Services featured in our website. These contracts include an allotment of rooms, which guarantees availability for all of our customers.

How long does it take to confirm a hotel reservation?
It could take about 12 or 24 hours until we receive the hotel confirmation, if by any reason we take more time we’ll contact you to maintain you informed about the process.

How can you guarantee that my reservations are confirmed?
Once you receive your Service Coupon, you may call the hotel to verify that your reservation is under your name.

Can I get help with the purchases I have made while I am in Cancun?
You may call our offices in Cancun 24 hours per day (our numbers are listed on your confirmation documents).

May I change my hotel reservation?
Yes, according to the change and cancellation policy that is provided with your on-line documentation.

May I change the hour or day of my Park reservations?
You may change your Park tour day or time by calling one day before your scheduled reservation. (list numbers?)

May I change the hour or day of my Swim with Dolphins reservation?
Yes,please send us an email with your request to reservations@cancuntravel.com.

How can I change my reservations?
Send us an email request to reservations@cancuntravel.com. Changes are subject to availability and may be subject to different fees.

If I book a transfer do I need to share it with other people?
No, All our transfers are private and you would not share it.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are subject to supplier policies.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in are subject to supplier policy and could be considered as No Show. No refunds will be given in this case.

About my arrival in Cancun:
How will you know who I am when you come to pick me up at the airport?
If you've purchased transportation, our personnel will be waiting for you at the international arrivals gate. They'll be holding a sign with our logo and your name printed on it.

What if I get lost in the airport?
Cancun's international Airport is very simple and only has a single international arrivals gate. If you can't find our representative, call our offices immediately.

Transfers Travel Time
How long does it take to travel from the airport to the Hotel Zone?
Approximately 25 minutes.

How far is Cancun from the Riviera Maya?
The Riviera Maya begins approximately 36 kilometers south of Cancun and extends all the way to Tulum.
