Great Hotel for Family...

Stayed there in December 2007, Christmas Time... I enjoyed it very much. All staffs are very friendly, great food, nice and clean beach and pool... Overall, it was an excellent vacation. Would go back soon!!! Tip: If you travel with kids, Do Not go for "Pirate Assault". It is more for adults entertainment... Hyun Houston, TX

Rooms need to be upgraded

The check in took forever,there is very less staff and they attend to everything at one place it should be seperated like money exchange and check in should be handled seperately. sapna verma New Jersey

An outstanding family resort.

The kids' pool area was the best we have ever seen. The beach and pools were beautiful. The staff were friendly. The family entertainment was a lot of fun. We loved our stay and would recommend Crown to everyone. It was worth travelling all the way from Australia. Crown Paradise Club is a peaceful paradise. George Danson Melbourne, Australia

I was very impressed with the overall service and would go back.

The hotel was great for the family. We all had a excellent time. We really enjoyed the themed restaurants and thought the food and service was fantastic. The staff was very friendly at every event. We also enjoyed the buffet which had great hours or availability. My kids really enjoyed the 24 hour room service, that was a big hit. Anonymous San Francisco

Great Place

Hotel was very nice. Our room was upgraded without asking. Nightlife is lacking, there were babies in the one bar at 10pm. My girlfriend and I had fun at night anyways. Buffet was good, pools were good. Andy Cambridge, ON
