Important

Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.

To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft must be accompanied by a paying adult (1 adult per kid)

Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft must be accompanied by two paying adults (2 adults per kid), only can participate doing encounter behaviors(Handshake, Hand target,Hug,Kiss)

Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).

Recommendations

  • At Dolphin Discovery at the Playa Maroma location, groups are capped at 15 people for a more up-close experience.
  • The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs. For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photographs will be available for sale.
  • For safety reasons, women with a pregnancy of 5 months or more are not allowed to participate in any of the water activities. Only women with less than 5 months of pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if they are accompanied by another adult and once they have signed the responsibility form.
  • It is important to arrive 30 minutes before the time of your program, remember that before your swim with dolphins you will receive an orientation.
  • Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen, to take care of your skin, the environment and marine species. It is important to bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals and souvenirs.
  • Going with a companion has an extra cost for access to the beach club (includes access to the beach, use of sun loungers and showers).
