• Children over 1.41 m can participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.
• To participate in the Swim Adventure program, children from 1.21 m to 1.40 m must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
• To participate in the Swim Adventure program, children 1.0 m to 1.20 m must be accompanied by two ticketed adults.
• Children from 1 to 5 years old (under 1.0 m) are considered infants and may participate in the program free of charge by performing the basic activities (kissing, waving, hugging and hand targeting) and must be accompanied by two ticketed adults.
• Pregnant women cannot participate in the Swim Adventure program.
• Remember that we have 1 free ferry service departing from Cancun to Isla Mujeres at 9:00 am and returning at 05:30 pm departing from Playa Langosta KM 5 ZH. It is important to arrive 30 minutes before the ferry departs.
• Don't forget to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
• We recommend you to bring towels, as well as cash for cabs, shopping, meals and other expenses.
• You will have to pay for the dockage at check-in just before boarding. 
• The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs. 
• In Isla Mujeres, this program admits groups with a maximum of 20 people.
• Cameras are not allowed in the water. Professional photographs will be available for purchase.

IF YOU ARE IN ISLA MUJERES ...

You can look for us at Camino Sac Bajo Lote 26, Laguna Mar, if you don't have a car, just take a cab to Dolphin Discovery, the driver will know where to take you.
Golf carts are rented all over the island and are the perfect means of transportation, you can check our map for the exact location of where we are.

IF YOU ARE IN CANCUN ...
If you are staying in the hotel zone, the easiest way to get to the starting point is to take the bus to Playa Langosta located on Boulevard Kukulcan (hotel zone) at kilometer 5, or to Marina Aquatours you will also find cabs that will take (for about 10-30 USD depending on where you are) but we recommend the bus as it is cheaper (about 1 USD per person) and easier than a cab.

Remember that we have 1 free ferry service that leaves at 9:00 a.m. and returns at 5:30 p.m. according to your booked program:

From Playa Langosta for all swim with dolphins programs and garrafon + swim with dolphins program.
