Description

During this activity, the dolphins will greet you in a friendly way by moving their fins, they will sing songs, they will take you for a ride on their bellies and they will even push you on a board; this and more, while you take advantage of the pleasant moment of coexistence with these wonderful mammals in this habitat in Puerto Aventuras.   • Buffet lunch and two non-alcoholic drinks during the meal. This service is not available for the 3:00 p.m.

Important

Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.

To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft must be accompanied by a paying adult (1 adult per kid)

Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft must be accompanied by two paying adults (2 adults per kid), only can participate doing encounter behaviors(Handshake, Hand target,Hug,Kiss)

Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).

Recommendations

  • In Puerto Aventuras, groups have a maximum of 15 people.
  • The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
  • For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photographs will be available for sale.
  • For safety reasons, women with a pregnancy of 5 months or more are not allowed to participate in any of the water activities. Only women with less than 5 months of pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if they are accompanied by another adult and once they have signed the responsibility form.
  • It is important to arrive 30 minutes before the time of your program, remember that before your swim with dolphins you will receive an orientation.
  • Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen, to take care of your skin, the environment and marine species.
  • It is important to bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals and souvenirs.
