Important

  • Tour available from Monday to Saturday.
  • Xenotes Oasis Maya Tour activities are recommended for children over 6 years old.
  • Remember to bring your printed tour voucher with you.
  • Wear comfortable beach clothes and bathing suit. Bring an extra change of clothes.
  • Confirm the time and place of departure of your transportation.
  • Your sunscreen and suntan lotion should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.
  • Bring cash or credit card to purchase photos of your visit.
  • All activities provide modern safety equipment and can be done by the whole family, from 6 years old and up.
  • It is important to take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so the roads to reach them are not paved.

Recommendations

  • Wearing a life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
  • Take a shower before entering the cenote to protect its ecosystem.
  • This tour is not recommended if you have heart, lung, spine, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.
  • The minimum age for Xenotes is 6 years old. NOTE: For the zip line activity a minimum height of 4.5 ft and a minimum weight of 40 kg is required.
  • Children from 6 to 11 years old pay half of the adult ticket (must present identification to the tour operator when boarding the transportation).
  • Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years old must present identification to prove their age.
  • Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; from 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, will not be refundable.
  • It is not possible to change your arrival date on the day of your visit.
